Total chemical synthesis of kappa-casein using native ligation methodology

摘要

Casein milk proteins (alpha_(s1),alpha_(s2),beta,and kappa) together with calcium phosphate form heavily hydrated loose colloidal particles known as milk micelles.Whereas the primary structures of the caseins are well known there are no reports in the literature on their tertiary structures.
