摘要

Combinatorial chemistry is a powerful mean in increasing the rate of synthesizing and screening of the new compositions of functional materials. We adopted the polymeric-complex combinatorial chemistry method to screen the phosphor for PDP applications. In the system SrO-Gd_2O_3-Al_2O_3, we found out that the candidate material might be Gd_(1-x-y-z)Eu_x Ca(or Sr)_yAl_zO_δ (0.01 < x < 0.05, 0.02 < y < 0.05, 0.01 < z < 0.05) for the red phosphor, Ca_(0.30)Eu_xAl_(0.70)O_δ for the blue one and Sr_(0.25)Eu_xAl_(0.75)O, Ca_(0.25)Gd_(0.25-x)Tb_xAl_(0.5)O_δ, Ca_(0.65)Tb_xAl_(0.35)O_δ, GD_(0.4-x)Al_(0.6)Tb_xO_δ, Gd_(0.7-x)Al_(0.3)Tb_xO_δ and Sr_(0.05)Tb_xAl_(0.95)O_δ for the green ones.
