摘要

The dynamic modeling of helical gearing system is presented based on vibration theory and FEM for method combined with the gear geometry and experimental research, At the meantime, the equivalent dynamic parameters on the joints boundary between gear transmission system substructure and gearbox are identified by experimental modal analysis method and the dynamic behavior of gear-shaft-gearbox system under the coupled vibration as well. With calculation of vibration and noise of a gearbox, a foundation of dynamic optimization for lower vibration and noise on gearbox is provided by this research work.
