摘要

The purpose of this paper is the physical modeling and numerical simulation of the interface and microstructure development during the multi-component injection molding process. A software has been developed based on the control volume finite element method to calculate the transient non-isothermal multi-phase flow of viscoelastic polymer melts and to predict the stressinduced crystallization within the semi-crystalline polymers. Based on the developed simulation software material selection and process optimization becomes possible.
