Windows 2000 Deplyment Technical Challenges at the University of Colorado at Boulder

Microsoft Windows 2000 representes a major change in desktop and network operating systems. This latest Windows operating system includes many new features and technologies that will protntially benefit users and Information Tchnology (IT) managers on the Boulder campus. However, along withthe increased functionality comes an increaw in complexity. Windows 2000 must be integrated into our existing IT infrastructure to manage and support its method of directory serive, security and authentication, and resource sharing.
