It is insufficient to design refrigeration system only using design point calculation by static simulator. Refrigeration system which has many operation modes needs capacity suitable for pulsed heat load of fusion reactor, and for every operation mode, and construction of the function that can control system timely. We developed a dynamic simulator of helium refrigeration system and analyzed dynamic behavior of helium refrigeration system with this simulator. As a result of the calculation, temperature trend of plate fin heat exchangers will be presented, comparing the calculated value with the value obtained by the actual cool down operation of a system from 300K to 150K.
