Start up of a new Annex 'Electrochemical Power Sources and Energy Storage Systems' in the Implementing Agreement Hybrid Electric Vehicles of the International Energy Agency

摘要

For the start-up of the Annex, the Austrian Technical University Graz in the function of intermediate Operating Agent, represented by Dr. Viktor Hacker, Prof. Dr. Karl Kordesch and scientific assistant DI. Heidrun Fuchs, have worked out a proposal which shall primarily serve as an organisational and structural frame, not yet going into details of exploratory research. This paper may be regarded as an invitation for interested parties to join the new Annex, intending to open the discussion, gather recommendations for organisation and contents and to gain support for its start-up.
