摘要

Vitiligo is an acquired depigmentation disorder affecting 0.5-4.0% of the world population [1]. The etiology of this disease is unknown. At the present time, there is increasing evidence for the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) in the epidermis of all patients in association with low epidermal catalase levels as well as glutathione peroxidase activities [2].
