摘要

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is a powerful techniques for studying the adsorption behavior of molecules on substrate [l, 2]. In SERS studying, silver electrode, silver islands, silver deposited film and silver colloids are used as substratesr[3-6]. Among them, silver colloids reduced by borohydride and citrate 17' 81 are the most commonly method used in many researches due to its good enhancement effect and particle stability.
