SIGNAL SOURCE FOR STATISTICAL TESTING OF ADC

摘要

The paper deals with the proposal of stochastic method for ADC testing that is based on histogram measurement. A new type of suitable input test signal is introduced. Theoretical expectation and practical results of test applied to the ADC plug-in board for PC are given.
