摘要

Enzootic pneumonia is one of the most common and economically important diseases of swine. Different tests have been developed to detect M. hyopneumoniae, but the isolation of this agent is both difficult and slow (1,2). There are different tests usedin the diagnosis like: direct inmunofluorescet test (DIFT), inhibition of hemaglutination (IHA) complement fixation (FC), growth inhibition (GI) and ELISA (3). In Mexico the DIFT, is the most used, but it requires, the use of fluorescence microscope wich is the reason why it has been replaced by inmununoenzimatic tests techniques both direct and indirect (4). The present work is report, evaluate and compare the effectiveness of the Indirect Inmunoperoxidasa Test (IIPT) in comparation with DIFT, isolation and GI.
