The calculations of ions electric interaction with various Earth's atmosphere aerosols as well as ion induced nucleation suppose ions electric structure. The electrostatic parameters of the atomic and molecular atmosphere ions have been determined on the basis of the simplest quantum-mechanical approach. The ion geometric dimension identifies with a radius of the most remote sphere with maximum probability of electron residence. The charge distribution on the sphere (along latitude) depends on an angular part of an electron wave function. The classical analogues of two-atom molecules ions electric structure have been found taking into account basic principles of molecular structures calculations in quantum chemistry. The overlap of bonding orbitals integrals have been obtained by means of an artificial mathematical method. The two-atom molecules ions: H_2~+,N_2~+,O_2~+ and O_2~- are tree centers of definite electric charges: two at atomic nuclei and one between nuclei with experimental value of a distance between nuclei.
