The methods for measuring of dependence of charge carriers recombination cross-section on carriers velocity in photoreceivers

摘要

Methods for measuring of dependence of charge carriers recombination cross-section on camers velocity are considered. These methods are based on measuring of dependence of constant and alternating components of photocurrent on permanent electric field at irradiation of photoreceiver with amplitude-modulated light.
