Preliminary study on the oral somatic transgene vaccination of CVB3 using attneuated S.typhimuirium

摘要

Classic gnee vaccine induced immune reaction through directly injecting naked DNA. While oral gene vaccine used one bacterium as vehicle which carried eukaryotic expression recombined plasmid into immune cells. In these immune cells, it expressed viral protein, induced stronger immune reaction and produced more antibodies. So using oral gene vaccine is an effective, safe, convenient and hopeful immune way.
