A novel photosensitive dryfilm for fabrication of patterned electrodes in PDPs

摘要

We developed a novel photosensitive dryfilm which has a photoresist layer, an Ag layer and a black layer for fabrication of patterned electrodes in plasma display panels. By using our dryfilm, an excellent tapered electrode pattern should be obtained in the simple process including lamination, exposure, development and burning.
