Optimizing the contribution of groundnut for food and fodder in smallholder crop-livestock systems in West Africa

High population growth rate in sub-Saharan Africa is leading to agriculture intensification, changing land patterns, and integration of crop and livestock production. Thus, technologies are needed to produce more and better feed from food crop without degrading the environment in smallholder crop-livestock systems.
