摘要

It was shown that the loss energy under tension-tension loadings in load increasing mode is a sensitive tool to characterize the nature of fiber-matrix adhesion in glass-fiber/epoxy cross-ply composites. Critical load for damage initiation/propagation and rate of progress of damage was found to be significantly affected by the interphasial properties.
