The importance of lubrication of gear reduction unit of mechanical equipment in cement plant was expounded in this paper. The main states of gear lubrication were analyzed. Influence of lubrication to gear drive was studied. The working features of gear reduction unit in cement plant were simplified. The selection of lubrication and lubrication mode was introduced. Which has significant practical valve.
