Fatigue tests on RC beam reinforced with CFRP show that the strengthening increases the fatigue durability. First, to evaluate this increase, we have to identify the fatigue lifetime of each beam material. Then, with a specific calculation method, taking into account the adhesive layer fatigue behavior, we design a composite reinforcement. This stage of the research allows the assessment of the limit load to applied to the beam. Within the scope to study this lifetime prediction method fatigue tests on beams reinforced with composite material are carried out for three levels of loading until 1 million of cycles. Then, to evaluate the efficiency of the reinforcement, a beam is reinforced under loading with a FRP sheet. After complete cure of the reinforcement fatigue test is done until 1 million of cycles. The research shows that the deflection of the beam and the strain in each material are calculated with reasonable accuracy.
