A three-dimensional finite-volume procedure is presented, which is designed for incompressible turbulent, flow in complex domains with moving boundaries. A key feature of the procedure is the use of a moving, hybrid-unstructured grid. Turbulence is represented by linear as well as non-linear two-equation eddy-viscosity models. The principal numerical elements of the method are described, and its capabilities are illustrated by reference to unsteady laminar flow in a 2D piston-cylinder assembly and a 3D turbulent flow around a wall-mounted cube.
