City traffic is a comprehensive and complex problem. Since more than 10 years, Tianjin Municipal Government persists in making effort on policy, organization and management etc. Simulataneously, processing comprehensive treatment. This paper emphasizes one side-strengthening construction of city street facilities, describes the effort made for relaxing city traffic problems and results obtained.
