A study on environmental impact assessment based on urban transport network

摘要

This paper firstly analyzes current devleopment of EIA around the world and proposes the Urban Traffic Network EIA system (UTNEIA) based on sustainable development. Then, its main research framework, logic structure and technical measures are defined. And the paper exerts the Object-Oriented method to expatiate the characters of all their objective module and function module in many aspects, such as traffic planning, traffic facilities construction and management. In UTNEIA, the conception of Urban Traffic Environmental Pollution Corridor as well as relationship model with urban planning and traffic corridor are proposed. Finally, the application foreground of the urban traffic network environmental impact assessment is discussed.
