Expressway construction, the environment protection and sustainable development of transportation

摘要

The article states that, from the view-point of sustainable development, the necessary of government intervention to the highway construction and how to intervene it, how to reduce environment damage, in order to insure the sustainable development of traffic and country economy, highway construction should be reformed, the environment protection should be appreciated, the social inequity should be weakened.
