System engineering principle for drawing up press-dies' manufacturing plan

Currently, the pressing-dies' technology develops flourishingly, makes rapid progress, but the pressing-dies' manufacture management falls behind, the traditional experiential managing modes can't meet the requirements of pressing-dies' technology development. In order to change this status as soon as possible, research the scientific supervisory methods, based on the features of pressing-dies' manufacture, this paper states the pressing-dies' manufacture planning ways by applying the system engineering. Under the condition of market economy, for satisfying the customers' requirements maximally, the author thinks it is the best and efficient way to organize the pressing-dies' manufacture that applying the macrocosm scrolling planning way and scheming net analytical way to analyze the microcosmic key links and control strictly. The intrinsic meaning of this method is that planners use the plan network analysis method of system engineering to draw up the plans for the executing departments while using the plan-rolling method to draw up the annual (or quarter) guiding plan which is controlled strictly. Thus every manufacturing links can be operated harmoniously to ensure the continuity and equilibrium of die production. Thus a complete die manufacturing plan system will also be formed at the end through finishing the work plan to ensure the directory plan.
