In this paper own zonal, spectral solutions for the partial differential equations (PDE) of the three-dimensional stationary, compressible boundary layer (CBL) given as in [l],[2] for the computation of the flow over flattened, flying configurations (FC) are now extended for the Navier-Stokes layer (NSL). If η = (x{sub}3-Z(x{sub}1, x{sub}2))/δ(x{sub}1, x{sub}2) is a new coordinate, the spectral forms of the: axial, lateral and vertical velocity's components μ{sub}δ,ν{sub}δ and ω{sub}δ, pressure p, density function R =lnρ and absolute temperature T (la-f) and their ten boundary conditions (lg-p), at the NSL-edge (η = 1), are:
