Stability and variation of its region of rDNA among the inter-populations of soybean cyst nematode, Heterodera glycines, from China

摘要

The soybean cyst nematode, Heterodera glycines Ichinohe, 1952, is known to occur in China since the late 19~(th) century. It is still the major pathogen in most of the areas of soybean production in China. Exact identification of the biological races of the species is very important for control this nematodes.
