Fusarium wilt of lettuce caused by Fusarium oxyspotum f sp.lactucum was first found thereafter in Iran. This disease is one of the most prevalent and destructive disease of lettuce in Varamin and Shahre ray area of Iran. The objective of present investigation is to determine resistance and susceptibility of lettuce cultivars to fusarium wilt.
