High speed insulation line for solid and foam fluoropolymer resins

Fluoropolymer resins are produced and sold worldwide. Nextrom, active for the last 20 years in this field, has increased its effort to develop a new type of insulation line dedicated to the production of fluoropolymer resins. This new line is able to continuously produce solid plenum cable at a speed higher than 650m/min or foam cable at a speed close to 250 m/min. LAN cable Cat 5 to 7 in PE, with the high expansion Extrucell physical foaming process, can be produced at more than 2,000 m/min on the same insulation line.
