The material (6) has an open-cell structure i.e. open cell foam body, soaked with an impregnation resin. The open-cell structure is made of a melamine resin foam (7) and an aluminum oxide foam (9), where the resin foam is made of plastic material, melamine, polyurethane, epoxy resin, polyethylene terephthalate, polyether sulfone and/or polyetheretherketone. The oxide foam is made of ceramic, glass, basalt and/or aluminum oxide. The impregnation resin is mixed with a filling drinking powder that is distributed in the impregnation resin.
