This work is concerned with the multiple nonlinear systems controlled by a common remote controller via network. First, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is used to represent the nonlinear networked systems. Then, the control law is derived based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, where the network-induced delay is taken into consideration. The proposed structure of multiple networked systems has the primary merits of reducing the system wiring, simplifying the system diagnosis and maintenance, and increasing system agility. Its implementation on two dc-dc power converters networked by a remote controller is used to demonstrate the system performance.
