Life Cycle Assessment Electropating

摘要

Most electroplaters will not find it appropriate to discuss file cycle assessment (LCA) because they ar in the defensive role of a subcontractor and are used to fulfill the coustomer's requirements. In the meantime, the socity and the odern consumer now begines to demand enviromentally sound products, based on LCA, which meas that the industry must design the products with careful respect for the environment-from th e raw materials s tage to the disposal or recycling of the product. This paper discusses the possible requirements to subcontractors (electroplaters) in connection with life cycle design of products.
