摘要

This paper deals with observer-based H{sub} ∞-control for a class of linear systems with state, input delays and state, input as well as output time-varying parametric uncertainties. Both matched and mismatched uncertainties have been discussed.For each case, the sufficient condition for existence of observerbased H{sub}∞-control law is presented. All the results are expressed in linear matrix inequalities.
