In a former paper, the problem of monitoring systems subject to both equality and inequality constraints has been introduced and solved in the static case, using both parity space and state estimation approaches, which have been shown to beequivalent. The conditions under which the inequality constraints may be supervised in the non faulty as well as in the faulty case have been provided. The present paper extends this study to the case of dynamic systems, for which arises the specificproblem of minimizing the detection delay.
