We report the electrical properties of a superconducting Y-Ba-Cu-O (YBCO) thin film, ferroelectic Pb-Zr-Ti-O/Y-Ba-Cu-O (PZT/YBCO) heterostructures and diamondlike carbon coated Y-Ba-Cu-O (DLC/YBCO) heterostructures prepared on single-crystal MgO substrates by KrF excimer pulsed laser deposition. The resistivity at room temperature as well as the critical zero resistivity temperatur5e T_(c(zero) of the YBCO film showed large degradation after two months exposure to atmosphere (humidity=35-40 precent), while the DLC/YBCO heterostructures still showed a T_(c(zero)) of 79.2 K after two months, which is 93 precent of the initial value. The PZT/YBCO heterostructures showed T_(c(zero))=85.2 K and its capacitive structure had remanent polarization P_r=32 #mu#c/cm~2 and coercive field E_c=80 kV/cm. The degradation of room temperature conductivity for YBCO film is found to be related to the degradation of T_(c(zero)).
