A possibility of use of the Estelle language for computer executable SME related enterprise models is considered. An example of such a model, developed for creamery, with main focus on water and sewage management, is presented. The model can be used for support of the factory supervisor for operational decisions, and for rationalisation of water and sewage management - it means adjusting it to occurring water shortage by choice of some "investment option".
