摘要

Epinephrine (EP) is a major compound in the mammalian central nervous system and it plays an important role in the message transfer process. Thus, it is necessary to develop a quantitative determination method of trace EP for studying its physiological function and diagnosis of some diseases. However, the low electron transfer rate and the easy absorption on electrode surface make the electrochemical determination difficult. Some method have been proposed to determine EP concentration by using a chemically modified electrode.
