摘要

The main compounds in the leaf of ginseng are similar to that of ginseng root. Moreover, the content of the ginsenoside in leaf of ginseng is higher than that in ginseng root, and it can attain about 12%. However the content will be a little fluctuation, for ginseng different years of growth from different origins. There are some special components and lots of acidic polysaccharides, chlorophyll, lipophilic compounds and so on. So it is difficult to isolate and quantitativel determine the contents.
