Primary Study on the Atmospheric Environmental Planning of County Region

摘要

Based on the research of local atmospheric environmental capacity and total quantity control, considering the request of the local economic planning, an atmospheric environmental linear planning model is set up in the paper. A quantitative feasibility analysis is made by the set up model, and suggestions are given to adjust the planning.
