Novel perfluoro group containing low dielectric polymides for electronic alication

摘要

Aromatic polymides have found wide application in the aviation, automobile, aerospace and electronic fields due to their superior electrical and mechanical behavior, high thermal and chemical resistance and dimensional stability. It is known that the increase in solubility, processability, transparency and the decrease in dielectric constant and moisture absorption can be achieved by the incorporation of fluorine atoms into the polymers.
