A tonguing approach: A trial for a taste of a new user interface

We propose a use of intraoral devices for human-computer interaction as a mobile application and/or wearable computing. Scope of the users is not limited to those who have special needs. In order to explore possibilities of the proposed user interface, we have made a prototype device and conducted some preliminary evaluation experiments. Results of the experiments are briefly given and possible variations of the proposed devices and related technologies are also discussed.
