Data collection and management

摘要

The purpose of the paper is to highlight the importance of data collection and management within monitoring regimes and to indicate what needs to be considered in order to set up the correct system at commencement. It will present some of the pitfalls arising from an inadequate approach. It will also examine appropriately scaled collection and management techniques and the decisions which need to be taken to optimise that approach.
