摘要

Solid foods can be studied by ~(13)C NMR spectroscopy, but the signals are usually too broad to be clearly resolved. The results are more easily interpreted if the signals from inddividual chemical constituents or clusters of related components can be separated into subspectra. There are three distinct types of editing methods currently used for this purpose.
