摘要

The key to continuous casting of thin strip is to control the level of melting pool, which affects the success & failure of casting and the quality of strip. In order to retain the invariable level, under the precondition of stable casting speed, the issue focuses on two aspects: how to keep the stable liquid flux and how to fix the casting point. So the paper on the condition of stable liquid flux founded the function of ladle's gradient, by which implemented equal afflux. In the meantime, researched the ladle's horizontal and vertical displacement while leaning it, in order to assure the fixed casting point. Finally, use the popular MATLAB in control field to simulate the ladle's gradient, liquid horizontal and vertical displacement respectively. The result proved the control system of ladle's gradient is highly effective.
