ISO9001 quality system for simulation projects

摘要

In this paper the authors intend to present the experience of ISO 9000 quality system in ASC, study concepts and methods of quality system in the simulation field. We hope that the ideas proposed in the paper can be of great use in activating new ways in successfully managing various simulation projects. The method can also be utilized in companies that mainly focus on software product development; it is a direct route into the world market competition. A full discussion is made in the paper on detailed steps when setting up a Quality Assurance system. The Quality Assurance system is effective enough to save all worries mentioned above. It is also introduced into ASC, the authors' company, as a pursue for a target of "defective free" product.
