摘要

The chaotic and the intermittent chaotic motion of the Duffing oscillator are analyzed. The relaxed sliding shoe fault of the axial plunger pump can be diagnosed through monitoring the shell vibration acceleration signal by use of the sensitivity of the oscillator to the small periodic signal having tiny angular frequency difference with the oscillator referential signla, and the immunity of the oscillator to the random white noise and the periodic signal having bigger angular frequency difference with the oscillator referential signal. The defects of the power spectrum and the cepstum analysis approach may be overcame. The pseudo-alarm and the missing alarm can be avoided.
