Theoretics analyse of air pressure distributed on the air-cushion belt-conveyor

The air-cushion belt-coziveyor, the air-film replace the idler, has many advantage, for example, the less traveling resistance, the faster working speed, the traveling smoothly and the less repairing charge and the less driving power, etc. It hascould replace the idler belt-conveyor in a lot of industry trade. Up to now, the air-pressure model of the air-cushion belt-conveyor has been set up in overlooking the internal friction and the viscidity of the material. This make the air-pressure of theair-cushion belt-conveyor be higher and the air-film be unstable. On this paper, the new air-pressure model of the air-cushion belt-conveyor is builded in the faction of the air-cushion beltconveyor and the mechanics analysing of the material above thebelt. The new air-pressure distributed and calculate function of the air-cushion belt-conveyor is obtained by the mechanics analysing of the air-film between the belt and the plate trough.
