摘要

The photoconductivity of single-layered photoreceptor device containing charge-generation material (CGM) of titanium oxide phthalocyanine (TiOPc) and charge-transportation material (CTM) of 4-diethylamino-benzaldehyde-napthalenylphenylhydrazone(DENH). has been studied. The results show that the xerographic properties of TiOPc in the single-layered photoreceptor device is better than that in the double-layered photoreceptor device. The relationship of the photoconductivity and compositioin inthe singlelayered P/R is discussed as well.
