摘要

Multiple fine cracking type fiber reinforced cementitious composite (hereafter referred toHPFRCC) is a cement-based material on which worldwide active research has been conductedand particular attention has been focused in recent years. The Japan Society of Civil Engineers(JSCE) has published the world's first design recommendation for HPFRCC. Characteristics ofHPFRCC include a strain hardening tensile stress-strain behavior like steel and crack widthcontrolling capability keeping crack width in a permissible range. Appropriate use of the tensileperformance can work out a structural component excellent in both durability and mechanicalperformance. This paper introduces the JSCE design recommendation of HPFRCC.
