DEVELOPMENT OF LOW-COST AND HIGH-POWER BRUSHLESS DC MOTORS

摘要

We successfully developed low-cost and high-power brushless DC motors for speed control which have a capability of continuous output and the maximum instantaneous output that is 1.5 times higher than those of conventional motors by using the shell-type stator and Hall-IC rotor position sensor as well as by aoutmatizing the magnet design. This development has made it possible to provide users with systems that are further easier to use. Also, the subject development of high-power, small-sized and low-cost brushless DC motors will considerably promote high-performance, down-sized and low- cost machinery and equipment.
