Study of strengthening and repairing engineering machine by electric brush plating

摘要

This apepr discussed the forming and strengthening mechanism of electric brush plating layer,and hte influence of technology parameters to layer quality.Through experiment research,electric brush plating materials and technology which can be used strengthening and repairing different engineering machine parts have been found.The tracing investigations to various engineering machine parts which had been strengthened and repaired by electric brush plating technology proved that this kind of strengthening and repairing technology is reliable and economical.
